Wet magnetic separator has an effective role in ore
separation processes. In addition, it stands out with its
efficiency in iron ore separation processes.
ENG Mineral wet magnetic separator can be designed
and used according to the dimensions required by the
industry. Our wet magnetic separator can be produced
up to 636-1250 mm drum diameter and 3600 mm drum
length. Appropriate magnetic field range and tank
design has been improved in order to achieve to the
efficiency level as it shows in iron ore.

WORKING PRINCIPLE
Firstly, the fed iron ore enters the tank of the
magnetic drum. The wet iron ore is drawn by the drum
and the iron ore drawn to the surface is separated
from the waste material and the separation process is
completed.
In order to get full efficiency from the wet drum
magnetic separator, appropriate solid ratio, feed rate
and correct washing parameters should be considered.
The system is suitable for use in the range of 14-45
rpm depending on the material structure in the plants.
The material to be separated should not be too dense
between the bowl and the drum surface. Solid - liquid
ratio should be 25-30% by weight. Particles adhering
to the surface should be cleaned with washing nozzles
