Pre-Shredder (Optional Equipment)
Typically, ENG Pre-Shrinkers are capable of processing up to 25-70 tonnes of scrap material per hour: 1. Vehicles without an engine, transmission or tyres; baled or flattened. 2. “White Goods” i.e. home appliances, washing machines, refrigerators, etc. 3. Normal thickness iron and steel scrap up to 1/4” (8 mm) thick. 4. Hard packed bales larger than 500mm*500mm, with density below 1.5 tons/m2. The ENG Pre Shredder is designed primarily to help the shredder operator process materials that may cause problems or be too risky to process. Normally the main items are heavy bales and the entire vehicle body as long as they will fit.

Master-Shredder
Main Shredder is the core part of scrap metal processing plant, shredder size is to accept scrap material up to 2.6 meters wide. This ensures that it can handle all cars “received” or leveled conditions without any problems. The incoming scrap is a piece with high velocity force and continuously compresses the scrap metal until it is small enough to pass through the screen opening. Non-degradable particles passing around the rotor can be discharged from the shredder through the rejection gate located on the rear wall of the shredder.

Air Separation System

Separator and Transfer System
The piece scrap is transferred from the Vibro pan to the magnetic separation unit by a rubber belt conveyor. Non-aluminium, copper, etc. There are many valuable recyclable metals such as: The non-ferrous sorting machine separates and transfers to the stacking area via conveyor.
